Problems in the Development of Shenzhen’s Logistics Industry and Their Solution

深圳物流业发展面临的主要问题与挑战有物流人才匮乏、口岸改革滞后、管理建设条块分割和内外竞争长期并存等方面;针对以上问题,深圳应切实采取整合现有物流资源、加强物流人才培养、完善物流基础设施、健全产业服务体系等对策。

Among major problems besetting the development of Shenzhen′s logistics industry is the shortage of logistics professionals, the delay of customs reforms, the fragmentatin of management and the coexistence of internal and external competition. To solve those problems, Shenzhen should integrate existing logistics resources, strengthen training of logistics professionals and improve logistics infrastructure and service system of the industry.
