中国古典诗歌中“生命意识”的内涵与泛化

富于实用理性精神的中国文化传统,以博大深沉的生命意识为其重要内涵,既有对人格理想、功业抱负的追求,也有对时光流逝、生命短暂的慨叹。这体现到中国古典诗歌的创作中,就引发出许多感人肺腑的作品,既有哀伤孤独的基调,也有慷慨激昂的乐章。同时,生命意识在古典诗歌中,还产生了重要的泛化现象,即以侧面的渲染和间接的传递,渗透到怀古诗、饮酒诗、山水诗等类型中,形成鲜明的民族文化特色。

The Chinese cultural tradition filled with a spirit of practical rationality also contains an extensive and profound 'life consciousness',which includes an ideal of moral integrity,ambition for exploits,and the lament over the passage of time and the brevity of life. Manifested in the creation of poems,this consciousness gave birth to many soul-stirring works,which are featured with both grieved and distressed mood and impassioned and fervent keynote.At the same time ,the consciousness also produced important phenomena of general reference,which means a kind of penetration into the poems meditating on antient events,those depicting feasts and those describing scenery with hills and streams,by way of playing it up round the flank and indirect convayance,thereupon a noted characteristic of national culture was formed.
