摘要
我国的房地产市场在20世纪80年代末逐渐形成,目前尚处于发展阶段。房地产领域虽已初步具备了较为完备的运作规范,但与实践相比,我国的房地产法制建设则相对滞后,房地产立法中存在的问题也较多。加强房地产法制建设,完善房地产立法体系,对我国市场经济体制的建立和完善具有十分重要的意义。
In our country, the market for real estate was gradually taking shape in the late 1980s, and it is still at the stage of development. Though the field of real estate is provided rather completely with preliminary operational nouns, the construction of legal institutions for real estate in our county, compared with what is practically going on in the field, is relatively slow, being riddled with a considerable number of problems. Consequently, it is of great importance to the establishment and perfection of the system of market-oriented economy in our country to strengthen the construction of legal institutions and perfect the law-making system for real estate.
