摘要
师范教育概念的狭隘性、教师教育性质认识的片面性、教师教育体制模式的僵化性等制约了我国教师教育的整体发展 ,从而使教师教育实践呈现割裂状态。中国师范教育改革的路径应当是 ,革新教师教育观念 ,以教师教育概念取代师范教育概念 ,确立终身的、立体的教师教育观念 ;实现由行政定向的封闭型师范教育向市场取向的多元开放式体制转型 ;确立教师教育的专业化观念 。
The overall development of normal education in our country has long been restrained by the narrowness of the conception of normal education, the partiality of the perception of the essence of teachers ' education, the stiffness of the mode of the system of normal education, etc. As a consequence, the practice of normal education has constantly asssumed a state of isolation. As a new means, the reform in normal education in China should be pushed forward as follows: revolutionizing the conception of teachers' education by replacing the conception of normal education with that of teachers' education so as to establish a lifetime and stereoscopic conception of teachers' education, realizing a shift from the close_typed normal education orientated by the executive to a market_orientated and polybasic open system, establishing the specializing conception of teachers' education, based on whose requirements a system of courses for teachers' education is to be established.
