摘要
煤炭工业实施多元化发展战略具有行业的特殊性和历史发展的必然性。实施原煤炭部提出的“以煤为本、多种经营、综合发展”的工作方针 ,转变观念是关键 ,在实施多元化战略过程中 ,煤炭企业还必须正确地处理好几个方面的关系。
The paper analyses systematically the particularity and the inevitability of the implementation of diversified development strategy in coal industry. Since former Ministry of Coal Industry brought forward the guideline:“basing on coal, diversified business, integrative development”, it is learned that the conversion of notion is the key to implementing diversification in coal industry and that coal mining enterprises must truly treat some relations in the process of implementing diversification.
