The optimal scheme in assigning vehicles of transporting concrete in a day's time is studied in this paper. The authors set up an integer model of programming with the objective function of the total transportation expense. By qualitative analysis of this model and the application of the LINDO, some solutions are found and the scheme obtained is satisfying.
