摘要
就不同的粘接剂对小型封离式CO2 激光器内CO转化催化剂的物理性能和反应性能的影响进行了研究。得出用铝基型粘结剂比用硅基型粘结剂制备出的催化剂其机械强度几乎高 1倍 ,但用硅基型粘结剂制出的催化剂其反应活性好。如以硅溶胶或硅溶胶加碳纤维作粘结剂制备出的催化剂 ,在室温和 - 2 0℃时 ,于 1× 10 4 h- 1空速条件下 ,其CO的转化率都是 10 0 %,在 - 35℃时也有很好的反应活性 ,其CO的转化率为 79.3%和 95 %。
With silicasol,alumina hydrogel,polyethylene glycol,nitric acid,etc,as adhesive agents while catalyst forming,Pt/SnO 2 catalyst used in closed CO 2 laser is prepared.The effect of adhesive agents on physical characters and activity of catalyst for CO oxidation are investigated.It is concluded that the conversion of CO on the Pt/SnO 2 catalyst which is prepared by containing silica-base adhesion agent is 100% at room temperature of -20℃ as well as space velocity of 1×10 4h -1 .The catalyst still has an excellent activity for CO oxidation at -35℃.
