在理论上分析了电光调QCO2 激光脉冲经过不同通频带宽的测量系统时产生的波形失真情况 ,并且得出了通频带宽对测量波形影响的规律 ,同时在实验上研究了电光调Q射频激励波导CO2 激光脉冲经过一定通频带宽的测量系统时 ,激光脉冲波形的失真情况 ,实验结果与理论分析一致。

The effect of the width of pass band on the distortion measurement of Q-switched laser pulse is studied theoretically and some regular conclusions are drawn. In addition, the RF excited Q-switched laser pulses are detected by detecting system with a certain width of pass band and the distortion of waveform is observed.The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical results.
