拉压疗法为主康复治疗腰椎间盘突出症(附498例报告)

REHABILITATION TREATMENT OF PROTRUSION OF INTERVERTEBRAL DISC—REPORT OF 498 CASES

采用山东医疗器械研究所研制的 YSC—1型液压牵拉床拉压推拿治疗为主,配合温泉、理疗、体疗等治疗腰椎间盘突出症498例,其近期有效率为97,19%,随访观察100例,远期有效率为87.00%,复发率13.00%。对拉压疗法的作用及病程与疗效的关系等作了分析,认为腰椎间盘突出症早期拉压治疗,效果更好。体疗功能锻炼、温泉、理疗等,促进功能恢复,同时对增强肌力,巩固疗效,预防复发起积极作用。

Four hundred and ninety-eight cases of protrusion of intervertebral discs were treated with a massage therapy by a YSC-l-type traction bed made by the Medical Apparatus Research Institute of Shandong, supplemented by hot spring baths and physiotherapy and so on.The short-term effctive rate was 97.19%.The follow-up survey of 100 cases showed a long-term effective rate of 87.00% and a recurrence rate of 13.00%.Also discussed are the effect of the massage therapy and the relationship between the course of protrusion of intervertebral discs and curative effects.The author holds that the massage therapy is more effective in the early stage of invasion.Physical exercises,hot spring baths and physiotherapy help enhance the muscle power,consolidate the curative effect and prevent the recurrence of the disease.
