群体化疗和目标化疗在较高感染率水平的成本-效果研究

摘要 选择两组人群对照实施化疗两年,计算各项成本、费用,并用kato法考核,两年后两组人群感染率分别下降69.37%和56.75%(P>0.05),两组实施成本分别为14.26/人和9.70元/人,单位效果成本,第一年目标化疗组是群体化疗组的1.4倍,第二年群体化疗组是目标化疗组的1.8倍。结果表明在较高感染率水平(12%以上)的人群中第一年宜采用群体化疗,在保证化疗质量和足够覆盖面的前提下,第二年应改用目标化疗。 This paper reported the cost and effect of mass chemotherapy and selective population chemotherapy has been used on higher endemicity of schistosomiasis for two years. The results showed that the effects of two chemotherapys were no significant difference. The unit effect cost of mass chemotherapy was higher than selective population chemotherapy in the first year, but in the second year it was up-down.This reminds us that we had better us mass chemotherapy for higher endemicity (the infected rate was about 12%) of schistosomiasis and get them to change selective population chemotherapy in next year.
