摘要
应用阴茎海绵体内注射罂粟碱和酚妥拉明治疗阳萎患者30例。勃起坚硬、达到性交满意的23例,占77％,其中有3例出现持续勃起;有不同程度勃起但不能进行性交的7例,占23％。未见其它并发症。并就该法治疗阳萎的机理进行讨论。
Intracavernous injections of papaveriae and phentolamine were givento 30 patients with impotence.23 patients (77%) were able to obtain anadequate erection for satisfactory coitus.3 of the 23 patients obtaineda sustained erection.The remaining 7 patients (23%) obtained anerection only to some extent but failed in coitus.The mechanism of thistherapy is also discussed in this article.
