110例椎基底动脉系统缺血性脑血管病分析

ANALYSIS OF 110 CASES OF ISCHEMIC CEREBROVASCULAR DISEASE IN VERTEBRAL BASAL ARTERIES

回顾性分析110例椎基底动脉系统缺血性脑血管病。临床表现为椎基底动脉供血不足87例,占79.09％,特殊血管综合征23例,占29.91％。X 线颈椎摄片85.48％有骨质的退行性改变,结合治疗预后较好,转颈诱发或加重症状对本病的临床诊断有一定的意义。

Analysis was made of 110 ischemic cerebrovascular disease in verte-bral basal arteries.Clinical manifestations were insufficient blood supp-lies to the vertebral basal arteries in 87 cases (79.09%) and specificvascular syndrome in 23 cases (20.91%).The X-ray photographs of thecervical vertebrae showed that patients having degenerative changes inthe bones made up 85.48% of the sum total.The prognosis was ratherhelpful to the later treatment.Inducing or exacerbating the symptomsby turning the neck meant a great deal to the clinical diagnosis.
