静滴消栓灵注射液治疗脑梗塞的临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATIONS OF INTRAVENOUS INJECTION OF "XIAO SHUANLING" IN TREATING PATIENTS OF CEREBRAL INFARCTION

对69例脑梗塞患者静滴消栓灵注射液与66例脑梗塞患者静滴低分子右旋糖酐加丹参进行对比观察。结果显示:消栓灵组总有效率92.7％,低分子右旋糖酐加丹参组总有效率80.3％,两组相比差异显著(p<0.05),消栓灵未见明显副作用。

Contrastive observations were made of the therapeutic effects between 69 cases with cerebral infarction given intravenously 'Xiao Shuanling' injection and 66 cases given low molecular dextran and radix salviae miltiorrhizae. The results indicated that the total efficiency of the 'Xiao Shuanlmg' group was 92.7% and that of the other group was 80.3%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The study also indicated that the 'Xiao Shuanling' injection had not any side effects.
