正常学龄儿童心脏生理性瓣膜返流的多普勒超声观察

摘要 对134名正常学龄儿童进行了脉冲及彩色多普勒超声观察,发现35.8%(48/134)的小儿存在有心脏生理性瓣膜返流,其中肺动脉返流12例,三尖瓣返流25例,肺动脉瓣和三尖瓣联合返流11例。返流束的最大速度肺动脉返流为81±33cm/s,三尖瓣返流为121.5±46cm/s,返流持续时间肺动脉瓣、三尖瓣分别为123.6±39ms和135.9±58ms。生理性瓣膜返流对心脏的形态和血液动力学参数无影响。 By means of pulsed Dopple color echocardiography, the physiological valval regurgitation was recorded in 48 of 134 normal children. There were pulmonary artery regurgitation in 12 children, tricuspid regurgitation in 25 children and combined pulmonary valval and tricuspid regurgitation in 11 children. The highest speed of regurgitation was 81±33 cm/s for the pulmonary artery regurgitation and 121.5+46 cm/s for the tricuspid regurgitation. The duration of regurgitation of the pulmonary valve and the tricuspid was 123±39 ms and 135.9±58 ms respectively. The physiological regurgitation has no influence on the anatomic and hemodynamic parameters of the heart.
