颌下腺粗提物对幼鼠颌下腺及其表皮生长因子含量的影响

EFFECT OF COARSE EXTRACTS FROM SUBMANDIBULAR CLAND ON WEIGHT AND EGF CONTENT OF SUBMANDIBULAR GLANDS OF MICE

新生Swiss雄性小鼠66只,哺乳到19日龄,断乳后随机分为对照组和实验组各33只。实验组饲料及饮水中加用颌下腺粗提物,在25～58日龄期间,每隔3日取2～3只小鼠的颌下腺,采用放射性受体分析法测定其表皮生长因子(EGF)的含量。结果表明,实验组颌下腺重量及其EGF含量明显低于对照组,说明饲料及饮水中加用颌下腺粗提物对小鼠颌下腺的增长及颌下腺中EGF的产生及含量有抑制作用。

Sixty-six Swiss male mice were weaned on the 19th day after birth and divided into experimental and control groups at random. Dry submandibular gland extracts were added to the forage and drinking water in the experimental group. The weight and EGF content of submandibular glands were detected on the 25th—58th day. The results indicated that the weight and the EGF content of submandibular glands in the experimental group mice were less than those in the control group mice. It suggested that the submandibular gland extracts could inhibit the growth and the EGF content of submandibular glands in swiss male mice.
