多普勒超声测定正常儿童心脏收缩时间间期

DETERMINING SYSTOLIC TIME INTERVALS OF HEART IN NORMAL CHILDREN BY DOPPLER ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY

摘要 用多普勒超声测定了134名7~14岁正常儿童的心脏收缩时间间期(STI),并探讨了其与年龄、心率的相互关系。结果表明年龄与左、右心室的STI无明显相关。心率与左、右心室的射血时间(ET)呈低度负相关(r=-0.58,r=-0.43,P<0.0005),与左、右心室的射血前期时间(PEP)无关。PEP/ET左、右心室分别为0.26±0.05和0.25±0.06,不受年龄、心率的影响,临床应用时不需进行校正。 Left and right ventricular systolic time intervals (STI) were measured by Doppler echocardiography in 134 normal children aged from 7 to 14 years. Correlation of STI with age and heart rate was studied. Age had no correlation with left and right ventricular STI. The heart rate related weakly and inversely to left aud right ventricular ejection time (ET) (r=-0.53, r=-0.48, P<0.0005) didn't relate to the pre-ejection period (PEP)of left and right ventricles. The values of left and right ventricular PEF/ET (0.26±0.05, 0.25±0.06) were little affected by age and heart rate and may be used clinically without being corrected.
