X-RAY DIAGNOSIS OF MULTIPLE MYELOMA—ANALYSIS OF 16 CASES

对16例经骨髓穿刺确诊的多发性骨髓瘤的X线表现进行了分析,讨论了多发性骨髓瘤的早期X线表现和鉴别诊断。颅骨板障局限性增宽,小点状或颗粒状边缘不规则的骨质破坏,颅骨内、外板或肋骨骨皮质变薄、厚薄不均、波纹状压迹,局限性膨胀是多发性骨髓瘤的早期X线表现。

Analyzed are 16 cases of multiple myelomas proved by osteostixis Also discussed are the early X-ray manifestations and differential diagnosis of multiple myeloma. The early X-ray manifestations are as follows: the localized broadening of diploe of cranial bones, the border-irregular, punctate or granular destruction of bones, the thinning, heterogeneity of thickness and corruption-like impressions of the cortex of inner and outer tables of cranial bones or ribs and localized expansion.
