膝关节交叉韧带损伤(附21例报告)

INJURY OF CRUCIATE LIGAMENT OF KNEE JOINT—REPORT OF 21 CASES

报告21例膝关节交叉韧带断裂的临床和X线表现。新鲜损伤18例,陈旧损伤3例。前交叉韧带断裂19例,后交叉韧带断裂2例,8例合并侧副韧带损伤。膝关节扭伤是单纯交叉韧带损伤的重要原因,早期诊断和及时治疗是恢复关节功能的关键。简要讨论了本病的治疗和预后。

Reported in this paper are clinical and X-ray findings of 21 cases with injurt of the cruciate ligament of the knee joint (18 cases of fresh injury, 3 cases of old injury, 19 cases of rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament, 2 cases of repture of the posterior cruciate ligament and 8 cases complicated by injury of the lateral collateral ligament). Sprain of the knee joint was the major cause for simple injury of the cruciate ligament. Early diagnosis and treatment were a key to the recovery of joint functions. Some problems about treatment and prognosis of this disease are also briefly discussed.
