正常儿童左室条束的超声特征

ECHOCARDIOGRAPHIC FEATURES OF LEFT VENTRICULAR BANDS IN NORMAL CHILDREN

应用二维超声心动图在134名正常儿童中检出左室条束53例,检出率为39.5％。其超声特征为跨越左室腔的与二尖瓣叶不相连的线样回声,以左室长轴切面检出率最高。53例中单条者46例(86.7％),2条及2条以上者7例(13.3％)。条束组儿童心脏解剖结构及血流参数与不伴有条束的儿童相比,无显著性差异。表明左室条束对心脏的形态和功能无影响。

By means of 2—dimensional echocardiography, 53 of 134 normal children were found to have left ventricular bands, the detectable rate being 39.5%. The echocardiographic findings of left ventricular bands were some linear echoes across the left ventricular cavity, not connected with the mitral valve. The bands were easy to be detected in the long axis section of the left ventricle. 46 of 53 children with left ventricular bands had only one band and other 7 had 2 or more than 2 bands in the left ventricular cavity. There was no significant difference in cardiac anatomical structures and blood flow parameters between children with bands and those without bands, This demonstrated that left ventricular bands had no influence on cardiac anatomical structures and fumctions.
