摘要
分析外科手术切除74例肺癌的病理形态学变化。中心型、周围型和弥漫型分别为47.3％、51.3％和1.4％。鳞状细胞癌40例、小细胞癌14例、腺癌16例、巨细胞癌1例、腺鳞癌3例。对肺癌的大体类型、组织学分型、癌周淋巴细胞反应与预后之间的关系进行了探讨。
The pathomorphological changes of 74 cases of lung carcinomas resected surgically are reported in this article. Lung carcinomas of the central type, peripheral type and disseminated type accoutered for 47.3%, 51.3% and 1.4% of the total respectively. There were 40 cases of squamous cell carcinomas, 14 cases of small cell carcinomas, 16 cases of adenocarcinomas, 1 case of giant cell carcinoma and 3 cases of spuamo-adenocarcinomas. Also discussed is the relationship between gross types, histological typing, the reaction of lymphocytes of cancerous round and prognosis.
