摘要
本文对三个不同经济收入人群的膳食进行评价 ,结果表明 ,热能、蛋白质、硫胺素、烟酸、抗坏血酸、铁锌等基本达到我国推荐标准 ,而脂肪、视黄醇当量、核黄素、钙等存在不足。我省膳食模式 ,尤其是低、中收入人群的膳食模式与 2 0 0 0年食物消费目标存在一定差距 ,应适当增加动物性食物和大豆、深色蔬菜、奶蛋类消费 。
Dietary evaluation of three groups from natural population in different economic levels was made. The results showed that the intake of energy, protein, thiamin, niacin, ascorbic acid, ferrum and zinc reached the Chinese RAD. But dietary pattern now in our province existed some gaps compared with the dietary goal of 2000, especially in middle and low income population. In order to make our dietary pattern more reasonable, animal foods, legumes, dark color vegetable, milk and egg consumption should be added.
