摘要 襄阳县磷肥厂对硫酸直接分解氧化锌矿生产硫酸锌的工艺进行了实验室研究和工业生产应用。在正交法试验中,对指标影响较大的是硫酸用量和硫酸浓度,并得出了锌浸出率的优惠条件。在工业生产中,工艺过程的关键是除硅,在反应过程中加硅阻溶剂,控制蒸发浓缩的温度,达到了除去残硅的目的。产品硫酸锌达到国家标准要求。主要技术经济指标优于次品氧化锌生产硫酸锌。 The technology of zinc sulphate production by directly decomposing zinc oxide ore with sulphuric acid was studied experimentally and put into industrial application, Orthogonal experiments indicated thai, the amount and concentration of sulphuric acid had a great influence on the process and the preferred conditions for extraction of zinc were obtained. In industrial application, the removal of silicate which constituted the key step of the process was accomplished by adding silicate-inhibitor during reaction and controlling temperature of evaporation and concentration. The quality of zinc sulphate product meets the national standard and major technical and economic indexes are superior to those of zinc sulphate production from substandard zinc oxide.
