摘要
在南化公司研究院试验车间20kt/a的硫酸生产装置上,进行了“3+2”式两次转化新工艺的工业试验。在使用混合矿为原料,催化剂装填定额为200~210L/(d·t),进气SO_2浓度为9.0%~9.2%的条件下,总转化率达到99.7%,放空尾气中SO_2含量约300ppm。并在生产条件下测定了氧硫比与转化率的关系,得到了表达二者定量关系的方程式。对工业试验装置的设计,换热流程的选择、主要设备及参数、装置运行情况、试验数据测定及处理等作了详细介绍,并对新流程的经济效益和环保意义作了分析。
The industrial test of a conversion technology in a 3+2 interpass absorption design was carried out in a 20kt/a pilot plant roasting bleat pyrites. An overall conversion of 99.7% was reached and the SO2 content of off-gas decreased to 300ppm with 200-210L/(·t) specific catalyst loading and 9.0 -9.5% initial SO2 concentration. The influence of O2/SO2 ratios on conversion was determined under operation conditions to give an equation describbing their quantitative relation. The design of the pilot plant, choice of heat exchange mode, major equipment parameters, determination and treatment of test data, as well as economic and enviuomental benefits are discussed
