The process features and three years of operation aspects concluding the problems encountered and solution are described of a double-absorption sulphuric acid plant based on zinc concentrate roaster gas in Liuzhou Zinc Product Mill. Also discussed are heat balance, heat exchange area and bypass arrangement.
