摘要
对国外高速型筒式纤维除雾器的结构、材质进行了剖析。立足于国内现有条件,采用国产玻璃纤维和玻纤纱布手工卷制筒芯,并用RS-2耐酸不诱钢制作金属构件,完成了高速型筒式纤维除雾器的开发。四次现场试验表明,该元件可在硫铁矿制酸装置中,用于吸收塔后酸雾的去除,效率达75.93%,压降为2000Pa;也可在硫磺制酸装置或尘、雾指标合格并且工艺操作十分稳定的硫铁矿制酸装置中,用于干燥塔后的除雾。
A high gas velocity fibre mist eliminator was developed which consisted of an appropriate number of hand-winded filter candles of domestic glass fibre and gauze filled in the network frame of RS-2 acid-resistant stainless steel. Field tests proved its acceptability for acid mist suppression when placed downstream of the absorber in a pyrite-based plant where 75.93% efficiency was reached with 2000Pa pressure drop acrocs the bed, and downstream of drying towers in sulphur-burning plants or pyrite-roasting plants operating with acceptable dust and mist contents under smooth process conditions.
