全封闭制冷压缩机吸汽加热损失的影响

The Loss Caused Superheating of Suction Gas of Hermetic Refrigerant Compressor

本文通过理论计算与实验相结合的方法,分析了引起全封闭活塞式制冷压缩机(使用R22)吸气加热损失的各个因素,以及对制冷量的影响,特别通过实验得到了实际工况下电机损失的大小,分析了电机效率提高后的收益。

By means of using methods of theory calculation and experimental studies, the factors brighting about superheating of suction gas within the shell of reciprocating hermetic refrigeration compressor and its effects on refrigeration capacity arc analysed. Especially, the amount of the moter loss in practical operating condition is got by experiment and the benefits obtained after improving the efficiency of the motor are analysed.
