单齿转子压缩机型线的研究

Study of the Profiles of Rotor Compressors

单齿转子压缩机用于罗茨鼓风机及无油滑片式压缩机所运用的场合具有明显的优越性,也可以发展成其它用途的产品。本文简单介绍了这种压缩机的结构、工作过程及主要特点,着重论述了两转子相同与不同时所采用的两种典型型线,及其优劣的比较。

Roter compressors can be used in the places of roots blowers and oilfree slide-vane compressors or in the other places. In this paper, their structure, working process and main characteristics are described simply at first. Then two typical profiles, wnich are used for the compressors of two same rotors and of two different rotors, are derived, discussed and compared.
