The Spirit of Modernity on the Poetry of Ba Ren

文章以现代性为视角透视了巴人诗歌创作的总体风貌．青春生命的热烈礼赞、决不妥协的叛逆精神、凤凰涅 的殉道气度和“九死未悔”的求索精神构成了其诗歌的主题内涵；而激进的浪漫色彩和浓重的悲剧品格则构成了其诗歌的艺术精神．这一切无疑是“五四”狂飙突进时代精神的集中体现．

The theme and artistic spirit of poetry of Ba Ren is reflected in the perspective of his poetic modernity. In praise of youth, rebelling against the tradition, dying as a martyr to seek the truth all constitute the theme of his poetry. Moreover romanticism and spirit of tragedy constitute artistic spirit of his poetry. All of these embody the spirit of time reflected in the May 4th Movement.
