摘要
通过实证方法，在分析了影响宁波可持续发展的人口、资源、环境、科技各因素的基础上，提出了宁波实施可持续发展的对策：实行经济增长方式的根本转变，优化产业结构，增加并充分利用人力资源，完善可持续发展制度，科学推进城市化进程，增强开放力度等．
On the analysis of such relevant factors as population, resources, environment, science and technology, the article puts forward the following suggestions for achieving sustainable development in Ningbo. First, to bring about fundamental changes in the patterns of economic growth; Second, to up-grade industrial structure and make full use of human resources;Third, to improve economic growth system and scientifically accelerate urbanization process, etc.
