摘要
以多项任务委托代理理论为基础 ,从对任务的监督观察角度出发 ,探讨了具有相同能力的人才如何任用的问题并举例加以说明。
On the basis of the theory of multi missioned agency and from the angle of supervision and observation of the missions, this paper expounds with illustrations how persons of equal ability should be properly appointed.
