This paper expounds, from the high plane of the development of the Party and state and higher education of our country, the necessity and urgency to strengthen the cultivation of the comprehensive quality of young college cadres. It analyses the inner elements that restrict the growth of young college cadres and puts forward ways and measures to strengthen their quality cultivation.
