高校学生心理辅导存在的不足及应采取的对策

The problems and the countermeasures on the university students' Psychological Counselling

当前 ,大学生中心理问题日趋增多 ,这些问题的存在对大学生的成才及适应社会都是不利的。因此心理辅导工作开始越来越受到高校的重视 ,但与西方心理辅导工作相比还存在很大的差距 ,还没有形成一套系统的、完整的工作方法。因此 ,高校在今后应重视这顶工作的开展 ,确立学生辅导在高校中的地位。同时要努力创建符合自身特色的辅导模式 ,使心理辅导真正发挥应有的作用。

Now days, the university students' psychological problems are becoming more and more, witch is disadvantageous to their growth and adaptation to society. So psychological counselling is being taken seriously. but there is still a great gap comparing with the western psychological counselling. We haven't formed the systematic and integrative method, so we should catch importance to this and establish the position of the psychological counseling in university, Meanwhile, we should do our best to establish the distinctive counseling model, and give full play to its function.
