摘要
本文研究了合成的显色剂(3,4一亚甲二氧基苯甲醛缩氨基硫脲,缩写PTSC)与Cu(Ⅱ)的显色反应,且PTSC与Cu(Ⅱ)形成1:1的黄色配合物在λmax=390nm处摩尔吸光系数为7.2×104,铜量在0~20μg/25ml符合比耳定律,适用于矿样中低含量铜的测定.
The color-reacting of Cu( 1 )with developer piperonal thiosemicarbazone (PTSC) is studied in this article. The molar absorbanly index of the yellow complex formed by Cu( 1 ) with PTSC is 7. 2 × 104. It comforms to beer law while copper content ranging from 0-20 μg/25ml. This method is suitable to measure copper with low content.
