摘要
本文根据对高速离心机支承结构及振动特性的分析,提出了立式双校正面平衡法,并在引进ZI-5大型立式平衡机上进行了工业应用试验。实际运行证明,立式双校正面平衡方法不仅改善了高速离心机及呈悬臂支承结构的转子的平衡质量,而且使转子的不平衡残余值明显降低,平衡状态稳定可靠。
In this paper, vertical double-correction planes balancing method is suggesed, according to analysis of bearing construction and vibration character of high speed centrifuge, and the succesfuly industrial application tests have been completed in ZI-5 Vertical balancing machine imported from Germany. It(?) proven that this method improves the balancing grade of high speed centrifuge, and decreases the residue unbalance of rotor. Therefore the working condition of rotor is steadily and dependable.
