Aesthetic Personality and Principle of Editorial Subject of Journal

编辑活动是一项以创造社会审美价值为目标的脑力劳动 ,自始至终充斥着编辑主体的审美情感和审美个性特征。编辑主体的审美个性是刊物保持持久生命力和特色的基础 ,而编辑主体的审美原则则是保持刊物政治质量和学术质量的关键。审美个性与审美原则是既对立又统一的矛盾关系 ,不能因坚持原则而扼杀个性 ,也不能因过分弘扬个性而忽略原则。二者的有机统一 。

The editorial activity is a mental work which aims at the creation of social aesthetic values.It is consistently full of the aesthetic emotion and individual character of the editorial subject,the aesthetic personality of which is the base of ever lasting vitality,where as the aesthetic principle is the key to the political and academic quality for the journal.The mutual relations between aesthetic personality and principle are both opposite and unitary.Personality can nether be denied due to principle,nor can principle be neglected due to over development of personality.The harmonious unity of both is the foundation on which the journal is well done.
