There are some important problems in expressway scale maintenance,such as the existence of scale income,the optimal scale of maintenance construction,the maintenance ability and its token of maintaining enterprise,the relation between construction scale and maintenance ability scale,and the necessity of setting up a social company in Chongqing area,etc.This paper probes into these problems at large.
