摘要
目的 了解私立学校学生的个性发展特征 ,为改革教育和管理模式提供依据。方法 采用随机整群抽样的原则 ,抽取私立学校 9~ 1 5岁 1 0 89名学生为研究对象 ,以普通学校 864名学生为对照 ,用艾森克人格问卷 (EPQ)儿童版进行人格测定。结果 私立学校学生N分高于对照学校 ,提示情绪更不稳定 ,以青春发育初期最为明显。结论 私立学校与普通学校的学生在个性方面存在差异。
Objective To understand personality traits of private school students and to provide basis for reforming the mode of education and administration. Methods According to random cluster sampling, 1089 private school students and 864 public school students, aged 9~15 years, were assigned to study group and control group, their personality traits were surveyed with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ). Results Private school students had higher N-scores than did public school students, it was revealed that emotions of the former were more easily fluctuant, especially in early puberty. Conclusions There are differences in personality trait between private school and public school students.
