摘要
目的 探讨野百合碱 (MCT)诱发肺动脉高压大鼠血管活性物质的改变。方法 以MCT 60mg·kg-1项背部一次性皮下注射 ,4wk后确定造模成功 ,测定血浆中血管活性物质内皮素 (ET)、一氧化氮 (NO)、血栓素 (TXB2 )、6 酮 前列腺素 ( 6 keto PGF1α)含量。结果 MCT组ET、TXB2 明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,6 keto PGF1α明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,NO亦有轻度降低。结论 野百合碱引起肺动脉高压的作用机制可能与其改变内皮素、一氧化氮、血栓素、6 酮 前列腺素这 4种血管活性物质含量有关。
AIM To explain the variation of blood vessel factors on pulmonary hypertension(PH) induced by monocrotaline(MCT). METHODS Rats were given an injection of MCT ih(60 mg·kg -1 ). The concentration of endothe line(ET), nitric oxide(NO), thromboxane B 2(TXB 2) and 6 keto prostaglandin F 1α (6 keto PGF 1α ) were measured by radioimmunoassay and colorimetric analysis after the model had been set up successfully for 4 wk. RESULTS MCT either raised 6 keto PGF 1α and NO or prevented the progression of ET and TXB 2. CONCLUSION The mechanism of PH induced by MCT probably associated with the variation of those blood vessel factors.
