摘要
“知情选择”是指人们对其生殖保健方面作出决定的一个动态的过程。在这一过程中 ,个人可以自主地、知情地决定是否接受或拒绝服务以及选择什么样的服务。避孕知情选择是知情选择在计划生育领域的应用 ,是计划生育服务质量的核心内容。本文回顾了全世界范围内的避孕现状以及实施避孕知情选择的必要性和紧迫性 ,以及中国实行避孕知情选择所面临的挑战和问题。
Informed choice is a dynamic process, in which one makes his decision on reproductive healthcare. Through informed choice, one obtains relevant knowledge and choose to accept or refuse the service independently, and finally selects a certain kind of service according to his free will. Informed choice on contraception is the application of informed choice theory in family planning service, also it is the core of quality of care. In this article the present status of contraception is reviewed, the necessity and urgency to widely carry out informed choice is presented ,and the difficulties and barriers of carrying out informed choice in contraception field in China is expatiated.
