在过去的几十年里 ,中国的计划生育工作已经取得了举世瞩目的成功。但是 ,避孕节育咨询工作仍然是计划生育优质服务的一个薄弱环节。良好的咨询是避孕节育知情选择的重要环节。通过良好的咨询 ,服务对象可以自主决定所采用的避孕方法。良好的咨询能够使对象更满意、长久、安全地使用避孕方法。本文介绍了咨询过程的六个基本原则、六个基本主题以及六个基本步骤。
Family planning service has undergone great progress in China, but until now the counseling is still a weak point of the quality of care in family planning . Counseling in informed choice on contraception is crucial, through which, clients can make their own choice on contraceptive methods. What is more, good counseling makes clients more satisfied and help clients use family planning longer and more successfully. This paper introduces the 6 basic principles to follow, 6 basic topics to cover and 6 steps to take in the counseling process.
