摘要
目的 :建立高效液相色谱法分离和测定黄松油中龙血素B。方法 :采用Kromasil- 10 0C18柱 ,以乙腈 -水 -冰醋酸(38∶6 2∶1)为流动相 ,流速为 1mL·min-1,检测波长 2 75nm。结果 :龙血素B与其他组分峰的分离度为 1 75 ,理论塔板数以龙血素B计算为 75 0 0 ;线性范围 0 0 38~ 0 38μg ,r =0 9999,平均回收率为 98 5 % ,RSD =2 0 %。 结论 :本法准确、简便 ,重现性好 。
Objective:To develop a HPLC method for the separation and determination of loureirin B in Huangsong oil.Methods:Loureirin was separated on Kromasil-100 C 18 column using acetonitrile-water-acetic acid glacial as mobile phase and the flow rate of 1 mL·min -1 were adopted and detected at 275 nm.Results:The resolution was 1 75. The number of theoretical plates calculated for loureirin peak was 7 500; the standard curve was linear in the range of 0 038~0 38 μg, r =0 999 9. The average recovery was 98 5%(RSD=2 0%). Conclusion:This method is accurate, simple and reproducible for quantitative analysis of Huangsong oil
