双黄连注射液与其他药物配伍出现沉淀及其分析

Precipitation in application of Shuanghuanglian Zhusheye with other drugs and its analysis

目的 :探讨双黄连注射液配伍用药中出现沉淀的原因。方法 :将双黄连注射液参考医嘱处方 ,以 10 %葡萄糖注射液按比例稀释 ,然后与阿米卡星、庆大霉素、头孢唑林注射液适当混合 ,观察出现的沉淀情况 ;另以氯化钠注射液为稀释液进行比较试验 ,并按药典规定的方法测定有关溶液 pH值 ,通过比较 ,确定 pH值与其发生沉淀的关系。结果 :双黄连注射液与pH较低的药物阿米卡星、庆大霉素配伍时出现沉淀 ,而与 pH较高的氯化钠注射液作为稀释液或与溶液 pH较高的头孢唑林注射液配伍时保持澄明。结论 :双黄连注射液应在pH4 .5以上的溶媒 (如氯化钠注射液 )

AIM:To explore the cause of precipitation in the application of Shuanghuanglian Zhusheye with other drugs. METHODS:The solutions were diluted by 10 % glucose injection according to the clinical prescription,then were minxed with amikacin, gentamicin,cefazolin suitably,and observed whether precipitation would happen. Next used sodium chloride injection as dilution and did in the same way.The pH of related solution was tested.By comparison,the relation between pH of the solution and the precipitation was established. RESULTS:Precipitaion happend in the application of Shuanghuanglian Zhusheye when 10 % glucose injection as dilution,and compounded with low pH drugs amikacin,gentamicin.There was no precipitation when the dilution was sodium chloride injection,or mixed with cefazolin which had had higher pH. CONCLUSION:The cause of the precipitation is due to the lower pH.Shuanghuanglian Zhusheye should be used in solution above pH4.5(for instance,sodium chloride injection).
