盐酸左氧氟沙星对325株分离细菌的体外抗菌活性研究

Study on the in-vitro antibacterial activity of levofloxacin against 325 bacteria isolates from patients

目的研究左氧氟沙星的体外抗菌活性作用。方法采用平板双倍稀释法测定盐酸左氧氟沙星的体外抗菌活性 ,并与其它 2种常用氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物进行比较。结果结果表明 :盐酸左氧氟沙星的抗菌活性强 ,抗菌谱广。对金葡球菌、表葡球菌和肺炎链球菌的MIC90 值分别为 16mg/L ,32mg/L ,2mg/L ,是氧氟沙星和环丙沙星的 1/ 2～ 1/ 4,抑菌率为 82 5 %～ 94 7% ;对大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单孢菌等革兰氏阴性菌的MIC50 值为 <0 0 3mg/L～ 0 2 5mg/L ,是氧氟沙星和环丙沙星的 1/ 2～ 1/4,抑菌率为 92 9%～ 10 0 %。结论盐酸左氧氟沙星是一种广谱抗菌药物。

Objective To study antibacterial activity of levofloxacin(LVLX) in-vitro. Methods using the plate double dilution method tested antibacterial activity of LVLX and compared with other 2 fluoroquinolones. Results The results showed that LVLX was an antibacterial drug of broad-spectrum,with potent antibacterial activeties.LVLX was quite active against Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Streptococcus pneumoniae,MIC90 were 16mg/L,32mg/L and 2mg/L,1/2～1/4 to ofloxacin(OFLX) and ciprofloxacin(CPLX),inhibitory rate were 82.5%～94.7%;Gram-negative bacteria including Echerich-ia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were also susceptive to LVLX,MIC50 were <0.03mg/L～0.25mg/L. Inhibitory rate were 92,9%～100%.Conclusion The LVLX was an antibacterial drug of broad-spectrum.
