人发与其它缝线在动物组织中的病理变化及眼部美容整形手术的应用

The pathologic changes of human hairs and other sutures in rabbits' soft tissue and the application of hairs in ophthalmic cosmetology

目的探索人发取代其它缝线在眼部美容整形中的应用。方法观察人发与其它缝线在动物组织中的病理变化及临床上的应用 ,人发来自健康 17～ 2 8岁女性 ,比较缝线为无损伤缝线、丝线、羊肠线。大白兔 38只 ,将 4种缝线分别缝合于大白兔背部两侧肌层 ,深约 3mm ,观察 1周、4周、12周、2 4周组织中的病理变化。结果证实人发明显优于其它缝线。镜下所见 ,人发反应最轻 ,然后依次为无损伤缝线、丝线、羊肠线。用于眼部美容整形手术共 142例 ,以双重睑为例 ,1周的眼部肿胀反应相当于丝线一月的反应。结论人发物美价廉 ,来源广泛 ,创面保持清洁 ,不易污染 ,愈合没有蜈蚣足样瘢痕 ,建议应广泛用于眼部美容整形手术中。

Objective To explore the application of hairs in ophthalmic cosmetology. Methods To observe the pathologic changes of human hair and other suture in rabbits' soft tissue and the clinical application of human hairs. Hairs were obtained from healthy woman aged 17-18,the control sutures were non-traumatic suture, silk and catgut suture. 3 kind of control materials were buried in bilateral dorsal muscular layer 3mm deep in 38 white rabbits. The pathlogic changes were observed after 1,4,12,24 weeks. Results The results confirmed that hairs were superior than other sutures. Under optical microscope, the response of hair was the slightest and followed with silk and catgut suture in order. Cosmetic operations of bilateral palpebra were taken in 142 cases.The palpebral swelling with hair sutures after 1 week was the same as that of silk suture after 1 month.Conclusions Human hair should be used extensively in ophthalmic cosmetic surgery. It is effective,economic,obtainable easily and less traumatic.
