摘要 采用集中参数模型模拟心血管系统 ,左心室采用Starling模型 ,动脉系统采用四元件Buratti ni&Gnudi模型 ,并考虑了动脉压对心动周期的反馈作用· 求解了一维离散非线性动力学方程 ,成功模拟了左心室舒张末期容积 (EDV)的MP(mechanicalperiodicity)周期现象 ,并讨论了心血管参数对MP的影响· The cardiovascular system with a lumped parameter model is treated, in which the Starling model is used to simulate left ventricle and the four_element Burattini & Gnudi model is used in the description of arterial system. Moreover,the feedback action of arterial pressure on cardiac cycle is taken into account. The phenomenon of mechanical periodicity (MP) of end diastolic volume (EDV) of left ventricle is successfully simulated by solving a series of one_dimensional discrete nonlinear dynamical equations. The effects of cardiovascular parameters on MP is also discussed.
