摘要
对目前采用的脂肪酸分离的各种方法进行了评述 ,分析了各种分离方法的优缺点和适用范围 ,指明了目前研究中存在的不足和今后的发展方向。
In this paper,recent development of research of separation of fatty acids being used widely in the industry is introduced in this review.The characteristics and application scopes of various separation methods are discussed.The shortcomings existing in the recent research are pointed and proposals for future research are made.
