摘要
以百合鳞茎为原料 ,采用乙醇抽提 ,一系列液 液萃取、AB 8大孔吸附树脂分离、乙醚丙酮分步沉淀与HPLC等多种分离方法 ,以电喷雾质谱 (ESI MS)为手段筛选出了两种甾体皂苷 ,并通过化学与光谱手段对其结构进行了初步鉴定。
The ethanol extract from bulbs of Lilium brownii var. colchesteri was separated and purified by combination of liquid liquid extraction, AB 8 porous resin absorption,step sedimentation with ether acetone and HPLC preparation. Two steroidal saponins are screened by ESI MS and their structures are identified by spectroscopic means.
