Extraction of Cytochrome C by using SDSS-D_2EHPA/isooctane Mixed Reverse Micelles System

摘要 用 SDSS- D2 EHPA/异辛烷混合反胶团体系提取蛋白酶细胞色素 C,研究了水相 p H值、离子强度、SDSS浓度、提取时间等对提取率的影响。结果表明 ,提取率可达 1 0 0 % ,并且提取条件温和、简便 ,可在中性介质和室温下进行 ,提取量大 ,提取时间短 ,5 min即可完成。 Extraction of cytochrome C using SDSS D 2EHPA/isooctance mixed reverse micelles system was studied. Effects of pH, ionic strength of the aqueous medium, surfactant concentration and time of extraction were studied. Results show that extraction capacity of SDSS D 2EHPA/isooctane reverse micelles to cytochrome C is great, 100% of the extractive efficiency was obtained. The extraction time is 5 min. The extraction can be carried out at room temperature in neutral medium.
