摘要
在相转移催化剂的作用下 ,2 -丁酮由 3 0 %的双氧水氧化制取过氧化甲乙酮。通过正交试验和考察原料配比、反应温度、相转移催化剂用量、反应时间对产品质量的影响 ,确定了最佳工艺条件为 n双氧水 ∶n丁酮 =1 .5∶ 1 ,相转移催化剂采用三乙基苄基氯化铵 ,用量占总质量的 0 .4% ,在氨基磺酸的催化下 ,反应温度 5℃左右 ,反应时间 3 0 min,稀释剂用邻苯二甲酸二丁酯 ,产品经测定 ,对不饱和聚酯的凝胶时间适宜并稳定 ,产品活性氧含量高。
The synthesis of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide with phase transfer catalyst from methyl ethyl ketone and 30% hydrogen peroxide is described. The orthogonal experiment for influences of raw material ratio, amount of phase transfer catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction time, content of active oxygen and gel time were studied. The optimum reaction conditions were: n(H 2O)∶n(MeCOEt)=1.5∶1, phase transfer catalyst content(total weight), 0.4%; content of dibutlyl phthalate 50%; reaction temperature, 5℃; reaction time, 30 minute. The products will solidify with unsaturted polyester, the gel time was suitable. The content of active oxygen was high and the yield was good.
