摘要
半导体多相光催化降解废水有机污染物是一个备受环境科学工作者关注的领域。文章简要地阐述了半导体的光电化学特性、有机物的光催化降解机理及其动力学、半导体光催化剂的改性方法及原理等 。
Heterogeneous photocatalytic degradation of organic contaminants in wasted water on semiconductors attracts interests of many people who work in environmental sciences and engineerings in the world. In this paper, an outline is given on photocatalysis of semiconductors including the features of semiconductors in photoelectrochemistry, the mechanism and kinetics of photocatalytic degradation of organic compounds, the methodology and principle of surface modification of semiconductor photocatalysts, and so on. An attempt is made to discuss the trends of photocatalysis in environmental aspects.
